Trustee’s Sale 6312 Dawnfield Lane, Henrico, Virginia 23231 (Package ID: 808-704-9793) Default having been made under certain indenture dated May 1, 2003, in an original principal amount of $128,976 $.00 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Henrico County, Virginia, in Deed Book 3444, Page 1508, and amended by Loan Modification Agreements recorded in Deed Book 5388, page 562, and in Book of Deeds 5892, page 1797, the undersigned Alternate Trustees sell by public auction on March 7, 2022, at 2:00 p.m., in front of the building housing the Henrico County Circuit Court, 4301 E. Parham Road (E. Parham and Hungary Spring Roads), Henrico, VA 23228, the property designated as Lot 42, Block B, Section C on the plate titled “Darbytown Meadows, Section C, Phase II, Varina District, Henrico County, Virginia”, registered in the office of the aforesaid clerk in Plat Book 107, page 30. The sale is subject to to us the prior liens, easements, restrictions, covenants and conditions, if any, of the record, or other matters which would be revealed by a precise investigation or inspection of the premises. CONDITIONS: CASH. A deposit of $12,500.00 or 10% of the sale price, whichever is less, will be required from the successful bidder at the time of sale. Prior to the sale, interested bidders must register and submit a bid deposit which may be kept during the sale by the trustee.
